Open Case Request For Each Department

In this project, I created a daily flow that empowers departments with tailored insights:

- Automated Scheduling: Runs daily without manual intervention.
- Customized Reporting: Filters open case requests for each department.
- Dynamic HTML Tables: Generates and emails a personalized, visually structured HTML table to each department.

This automation enhances communication, boosts efficiency, and ensures that every department stays informed about their pending cases.

Non-Duplicate Rows and Total Amounts

In this project, I harnessed Power Automate to connect SQL and Dataverse for seamless data synchronization:

- Unique Customer Insertion: Retrieve and insert only unique customers from SQL into Dataverse—no duplicates allowed.
- Dynamic Invoice Summation: Sum each customer's total invoice amounts in real time.
- Smart Row Updates: Automatically update the corresponding rows in Dataverse with accurate financial data.

This automation ensures clean data flow, accurate reporting, and real-time updates for smarter decision-making.

Personal Pending Invoice Reminder

Proactive Invoice Follow-Up with Power Automate!

In this project, I designed a daily flow to help businesses stay on top of pending payments:

- Smart Filtering: Retrieves records with pending status for more than 3 days.
- Customer-Specific Reports: Generates dynamic HTML tables listing each customer's pending invoices.
- Automated Communication: Sends personalized emails to each customer with their outstanding invoices.

This automation streamlines follow-ups, enhances customer communication, and supports better cash flow management.

PATCH API Integration

In this project, I designed a flow that keeps Dataverse and NAV BC seamlessly connected:

- Event-Driven Automation: Triggered automatically when a record is created or modified in a specific Dataverse table.
- Smart Record Handling: Retrieves new or updated records from Dataverse.
- Seamless Data Updates: Uses the PATCH API to create or update records directly in NAV BC.

This flow ensures data integrity and keeps NAV BC always up to date with changes from Dataverse.

Exchange Rate Update Flow

Automating Currency Data with Power Automate!

In this project, I automated daily currency rate updates with seamless data integration:

- Scheduled Data Retrieval: Fetches the current day's exchange rates from SQL daily.
- Duplicate-Free Storage: Ensures currencies are stored in Dataverse without duplicates.
